Instructions:

In a large frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in a little oil.
Add the cooked beans and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the cooked rice and mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Simmer until everything is piping hot.
