Ingredients:

Garlic

Cooked black or red beans (you can use Doña Lisa beans)

Olive oil

Chopped onion and green pepper

Instructions:

Serve with fried cheese or scrambled eggs.

In a large frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in a little oil.

Add the cooked beans and sauté for a few minutes.

Simmer until everything is piping hot.
