Grated cheese
Pork rinds (optional)

Instructions:
Serve with sauerkraut and tomato sauce.
Mix the dough with a little water until it has a smooth texture.
Form small balls and flatten them to make a kind of tortilla.
Place a portion of cheese, beans, and pork rinds (optional) in the center of each tortilla.
Close the dough around the filling and flatten it again.
Cook the pupusas on a hot griddle with a little oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
